My experience with Evergreen Plumbing & Mechanical was awesome; not everyone will have the same experience. This process started with Jeff, who came out and took photos of my pipes (copper from 1979). He worked with us on determining what needed to be done, and was great to work with.
Any questions on billing I had were handled by Kamille, who worked with us to ensure things went smoothly on the billing side (this was needed due to some bank shenanigans). Kamille was always friendly and willing to assist in any way she could. This also includes Stella (sp?) who happened to have a receipt I accidentally gave to Evergreen.
The Friday prior to the work starting, we had Rich and either Chris or Corey that showed up to let us know what the crew was going to need access to. This went fairly quickly and easily. They helped with understanding what was going to happen the following week and answered any questions we still had.
The crew that showed up was Peter (lead plumber and crew boss), and six guys (Mason, Jaymeson, Grant, Corey, Daniel, and Chris) that went to work immediately after introductions. Those six guys ranged from a first-year apprentice, who dove under the house with aplomb and no complaints (to find an easy-to-navigate crawl space), to the others ranging in experience up to getting ready to take their journeyman test shortly.
As the guys got to work, any questions I had, they were more than willing to answer as well as show me what they were doing. It is very refreshing to have folks willing to answer and show you what they are doing (this was for everyone that showed up, not just certain folks). As the guys went about their work, we would talk and joke as they got stuff done. They were also joking with their crew mates as well. You could tell these guys really enjoyed working with each other (they are all on the softball team as well).
By the end of the first day, they had approximately 85–90% of the work completed where they just had enough to finish what was under the house. The next day was supposed to be a few guys that showed up; what we received was the entire crew from the prior day. They all went to work finishing up anything that was needed. They had the house finished within a couple hours, and were on to the next project.
While I cannot call out specific folks on specific items (I am bad with names to faces, I admit it), I believe they all had a great time working at my place. If we need anything, I would not mind anyone from Evergreen to show up and get to work, as I know the work will be top quality.
