Integrity impressed me the most
We are so impressed with Evergreen Plumbing. We found them when we had clogged toilets and needed urgent attention on a Tuesday. They sent Dyllin out within 2 hours. He got the clogged toilets taken care of. We were also looking for an estimate to repipe this old house. In surveying under the house to do the estimate, he discovered the drain under the kitchen sink had rotted out the bottom. So he gave us an estimate for both water and drain. As the drain was most urgent we decided to go that route. Friday the same week, Rich came to do a walkthrough before the job was done. He was very thorough and explained everything that would happen. Monday morning the crew showed up to do the work. That consisted of Peter, Mason, Corey, Grant, Jamison, and Richard. They started about 8:45 and were done about 3:45. The house was a 1.5 bath. When they got into the process, they discovered the 1/2 bath and laundry didn’t need updating, so they called and told us the price would be reduced. We decided to add a little bit of water work to use the allotted money. Other than the professionalism, the speed of the work, the friendliness of the crew, the INTEGRITY is what impressed me the most. Them not doing work that didn’t need to be done was amazing. Honestly, how would we have known any different? When we are able, we will have them do the water repipe. I HIGHLY recommend them. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the office staff that took my initial call but she was also so very helpful! You can’t go wrong with Evergreen Plumbing.

Amazing Experience with Evergreen Plumbing
My bathtub was clogged, and I needed a new water line to my refrigerator and my water heater drained. Joe came first. He did the initial inspection. He was quite knowledgeable and told me exactly what was going on. The next day they scheduled Peter and Jaymeson to come out and complete the work. Peter arrived first and took a look at everything and told me exactly what he was going to do. He took the time to answer all my questions and showed me some other things to watch out for with my plumbing. Jaymeson was friendly as well. He answered all of my questions and showed me the process of how to drain my water heater while he was doing it. I highly recommend Evergreen Plumbing.
