Our family found ourselves in trouble with an upstairs bathroom toilet leak that leaked into multiple parts of our house. I called two places that said they'd send someone right away but didn't happen (fyi these companies had great reviews). I called Evergreen on the verge of tears and the employee that took my call was tremendous. She immediately calmed me, said they would definitely help me out quickly, and that call alone was gold.
Dylan came out at the time promised, assessed the situation, put me in contact with a restoration company they work with (who was there in 30 min), explained my options, and provided me a price. Because my home was 22 years old, I opted to replumb my house because I definitely did not want this to happen again. This assessment was on a Friday, and Evergreen had their crew out to the house on Monday morning.
Shout out to Allen, Koa, Jason, Sal, Marcus, Chris, and Jamyson!!! This team knows what they are doing. They do this every day and have this process down to an art... a finely oiled machine. Not only were they professional, they were friendly, respected my property, kept me well-informed, answered all my questions, finished the work when they promised, and cleaned up the entire area.
