Good service, called Evergreen to come out and fix our leaking shower head. They forgot to put on our new shower head after repairing our water pipes. Andrew noticed it needed a new shower arm in order for the shower head to screw on correctly and then proceeded to put on the new shower head. No more leaks! Thank you!

We got our units replaced with Evergreen last summer and had the best experience. Their entire team is respectful, genuine, and treated us like family. Today they serviced our units; they called to schedule and gave a courtesy call ten minutes before they arrived. Andrew was our tech this morning, again, amazing experience—so polite and respectful, even pulled our trash cans up from the curb. Unfortunately, yesterday I found out that I needed my whole house re-piped—a nightmare, I know. Fortunately, Evergreen was able to come in and do an inspection, set up a quote price and an estimate. Kevin and Andrew came out to assess our HVAC system under the house as we had just gotten rid of a rat problem. They were professional, kind, and quick. They provided information in an easy, understandable way with zero pressure. They assured us that our crawl space and duct work were sound and that our rat problem had not damaged the system. Had a mainline leak repaired by Dylan and Chris. They did a fantastic job and were so nice and helpful. They relocated as many tulip bulbs as possible before digging and did a great job cleaning up. When they noticed issues with our pressure control valve, they replaced it at no extra cost and installed it with expertise and quality. They even cleaned the inside floors as they left, even though the mess was minimal. Overall, super respectful guys and top quality work. I’ll be using Evergreen in the future for sure.
