Needed a new hot water heater and a re-pipe for the whole house. Peter, Carson, Daniel, Mason, Dylan, Koa, Kolbe, and Salvador all treated our family and pets with great care! Answered every question and worked like a well-oiled machine. Even though this was an expensive and unexpected issue, they took the greatest care to get through this with us. We still have some more work to do and I am looking forward to the day it's all done!

I Want to Stay With This Team Forever Feb 28, 2026

So I bought a house that one might consider a "work in progress." Plumbing was shot before I moved in, though it passed inspection, and I had an excellent team install a new water heater, insulated pipes, the whole shebang, within a few days of the initial call. Very costly to me after having just bought the house, of course, but they offered financing I could afford + there's a long warranty that stays with the residence. Might as well add value to my house, right? And then - the water heater failed at the electrical connection within DAYS. I only got to take one good shower with it! And so, the next morning I called begging for help, and they came out AGAIN! New temporary water heater installed with same-day service, I couldn't believe it. Both the electrician and the plumbers (from Evergreen of course) said they'd never seen that happen with that model before. Just my luck, but the point is that they got me back up and running right before the weekend. Everyone I've talked to here has been polite and really seems to take customer service seriously - which I can give or take with most businesses, but it's a very nice experience being treated like a valued customer. I am so lucky the first plumber I called never called me back because at this point I want to stay with this team forever. They've got real experience on the team and people who you can tell genuinely love the work they do fixing up peoples' homes.

Evergreen Plumbing is such an amazing company from the lady in the office, Doah, to the plumbers, Maximum and Josh (I think), to the owner Marv and his wife. (Sorry, I am terrible with names.) EVERYONE was kind, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable! I lost my water heater thanks to a power surge after the power went out during our last wind storm 5 days before Christmas. These amazing people have a program, "The Family First" program. It is a program for families with an emergency that can't afford the emergency at that time, and could qualify for a product or service for free. My family and I were chosen to be the very first family to receive the gift from the program for our water heater AND it included the installation! They treated me like family! I will be forever grateful for such a gift as this! If you need a good plumber, you can't go wrong with Evergreen Plumbing, Heating and Air!!

I was having trouble getting someone on the coast for an urgent water heater repair, and while it didn’t sound like they made many service calls to the coast, Monica was super helpful in getting her dispatcher's approval and sending a lovely technician (Kyle) out, and he was at my residence with a new water heater in less than 2 hours. He listened to my concerns and rolled with the punches of our quirky home and was able to install a new water heater and restore our water in a super timely manner. Most times I prefer to hire local contractors to keep our local economy booming and support our local tradesman, but sometimes emergency strikes and crossing county lines for services works out. Thank you again to Monica and Kyle, y'all really saved the day.
