Fantastic Job by Evergreen Plumbing
Didn't want to go too long without writing a review of the quality job Evergreen did on the repiping of our home. First off, I called and left a vm late Sunday evening letting them know I wanted them to come to the house to find out what the issue was. Monday morning I received a call from Kayla letting me know Jacob would be coming out in the late afternoon. Jacob arrived on time, going under our home to assess the issue. After a few minutes he came back out and showed us a video of the leaking copper pipe. We had him replace the damaged pipe and did an estimate of a repiping of the whole house. We did end up investing in our home replacing all our old copper pipe with the new Pex pipe. The next day Rich came out to inspect the fix and let us know the details of the work that will be done. Wednesday morning the crew of Peter, Corey, Daniel, Max, Mason, Eric, Jameson, and Ryder came out to do the work. Every one of them was friendly, respectful, and did a thorough job. We are happy with the service we received from Evergreen Plumbing. I no doubt recommend Evergreen for any size of plumbing work needed. Marv, all of your employees did a fantastic job. Thank you.

Mr. Jacob Harris arrived at our home soon after my husband called Evergreen Plumbing when our hot water tank ruptured this morning. He quickly assessed the situation and got us set up with a new tank. The removal of the old tank and installation of the new tank went well. Mr. Harris is kind and very professional. I had a new washing machine delivered, but the ancient pipes in my old house were so corroded it couldn't be installed. I called Evergreen, and they were able to send Camerron to my house that very same day. Camerron was friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He did the job beautifully and quickly, allowing me to get on with using my new washer right away. Evergreen also offered an assessment of my home's plumbing system and gave me a pretty attractive quote for updating all the other ancient and ailing plumbing problems I have. I am looking forward to making those upgrades with Evergreen Plumbing and Mechanical, sooner than I anticipated I could!

Evergreen was very quick and professional! They were able to send a representative within 24 hours to address our broken water heater. Communication was very efficient, and I received text message updates, including a picture of who would be coming to provide the service. Jacob, our representative, was great! He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to provide us options and costs up front without any pressure. All the work was completed within a couple of hours, including removal and installation. I would highly recommend this company. They know how to treat their clients and provide a great service!

Reminded me of service from decades ago
The entire Evergreen crew from start to finish reminded me of the service you would receive from decades ago. They were ALL very professional, respectful, and stayed on task for the entirety of the job. I know I paid a premium by choosing Evergreen Plumbing, but I'm more than happy to pay a little more for the overall job we received. The city came out and changed our water meter (at the street) following the completion of our job and the city technician told me that 'they hooked our main water supply line up the right way,' which he also said isn't always the case, so thank you, and yes, we would definitely recommend Evergreen!
