Evergreen Is My Go-To Plumbing Contractor
3" ABS sewer line broken at last joint before exiting foundation. Bottom of pipe was still intact, so not really an emergency. Plumber came out within a couple hours of my call and assessed the situation. The next morning 2 workers showed up, made repair, and ran a camera through the line to where it connects to city's sanitary sewer, to verify no other problems.
I have used Evergreen 2X before, one time to replace a water heater and install a hot water circ pump, and one time to replace the main water line from city's meter to my house (boring operation to install new pipe was very cool!).
Evergreen is my "go to" plumbing contractor. As a retired electrician, I have a good sense about when other trades workers know their stuff, and the Evergreen employees I have had contact with have done quality work.

Overall I am very happy with the service
I had a sewer backup due to root intrusion; it was a very stressful situation. Richard was the team lead with Terry, Carson, Drew, Sal, and Jason. I am a construction project manager and see a lot of work crews. What impressed me most was they seemed to all work well together - a team that works well together does better work. They were very respectful of my property and did careful work, leaving a clean worksite - another big plus. Everyone working was friendly, professional, and focused. Richard did a very good job of assessing the sewer system, explaining the project, and bidding what was necessary. He was direct and clear without being condescending. He brought the kind of practicality that only comes with experience. The company as a whole worked through some initial communication issues with me, and the financing was very helpful. Overall I am very happy with the service and repair.

Absolute life savers in the most disgusting moments of being a first-time homeowner. Something happened, and we had raw sewage coming up into the shower of our only bathroom on a Saturday night. We contacted multiple places and Evergreen from the start was clearly the best. Kamille helped me set up a backup appointment while my husband tried to fix the problem at home and then was able to get someone to our house within an hour when it became clear we couldn't do it on our own. She was kind and incredibly efficient! We were so lucky to have Grant come out to our house. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to clearly explain what was happening and what he was doing at every turn. He was able to fix our problem and let us know about possible next steps moving forward without ever feeling like he was trying to force unnecessary procedures or products on us. He was also incredible at somehow keeping his work quiet enough that our three-year-old managed to stay asleep the whole time. David was the technician who was dispatched to our house this week for a routine plumbing repair. The initial inspection was quickly done, and a plan for the repair was undertaken. Upon further inspection under the house, a more significant issue was discovered, so our initial plan was put on hold so that damage could be remedied. The entire time, David was very pleasant and patient to explain our options. Without delay, he acquired the necessary parts, on his time, and quickly repaired the sewer line in question. He kept us in the loop, answered our questions, and very professionally got our problem resolved. We will certainly request him for the repair for which we initially contacted Evergreen. We have been in our (new) manufactured home less than two weeks and are new to Salem. The main drain line backed up this morning. We could not use either of the toilets and had effluent backing up into the bathtub. Chloe was helpful and empathetic and managed to get Christopher and his crew out to clean the line within about two hours. Every other plumber I called (with one exception) had no one available. I can’t thank Evergreen enough for arriving quickly and clearing the line. Christopher also referred us to a restoration company to clean up the mess under the house. I wish I could give more stars! I had a terribly backed-up sewer line. They worked tirelessly and would not give up until they were able to clear it for me. They talked to me about every step before proceeding. I used a different company before Evergreen (HUGE MISTAKE) who worked for about 1 hour, said I needed my bathroom torn up, re-plumbed, charged me nearly double the price, did NOT clear the line, and sent me a quote a few days later for several thousand dollars. I am so happy I got a second opinion and that these gentlemen have integrity and did not take advantage of my desperate situation. I can’t say enough wonderful things. If I’m ever in need of plumbing services again, they’ll be my guys.
