Alex is a walking encyclopedia of plumbing answers to any question! It was obvious that I was the center of his world when he was here. I felt very taken care of. It seemed like he wanted to cut the best deal for me. He was very excited about showing me the world inside my crumbling waste water lines through your camera. His sleuthing, which he seemed to enjoy like solving a puzzle, may have prevented a ginormous issue in my basement. Jimmy also came out to do a bid on my dying furnace. It's getting more evident that combining all my needs with one reliable business is a good idea.
