Supporting Salem Families with Critical Home Repairs When They Need It Most
At Evergreen Plumbing & Mechanical LLC, community connection has always guided our approach to business. Our Family’s First initiative was created from that commitment—a way to give back to the Salem-area families who have supported us since we opened in 2010. The program aims to assist households facing financial hardship by providing essential plumbing or HVAC services at little or no cost. Whether it’s a water heater failure, a broken furnace, or another critical issue affecting a family’s comfort and safety, the campaign offers them the chance to apply for assistance when they need it most.
Each month, our team will review applications and choose one family to receive free or reduced-cost service. Once selected, we manage every step of the process, from inspection to repair or replacement—maintaining the same high standards of quality and care that define all our projects. The goal is clear: to bring comfort, health, and peace of mind to local families who might otherwise go without.
The Family’s First campaign will create a meaningful impact throughout Salem and nearby communities, helping residents stay warm during winter, regain access to safe water, and keep their homes functioning properly. More importantly, it reminds our team why we do what we do. For us, it’s not just about fixing a system; it’s about supporting our neighbors and strengthening the community we’re proud to call home.
